Giorgina's baptism

I recently became a godfather!
Together with my friend Sofia, we baptized Giorgina, the daughter of my best friend Litsa!
Following the tradition of designing the invitations for her firstborn, I took up the task of doing the same for her daughter!
This time we decided to go for something less loud, giving an overall girly touch.

The invitation had a postcard format, with an illustrated portrait of Giorgina and a variety of pink and lilac shades, combined with white flowers.

The back side of the postcard included all the information of the event, as well as a space to place a stamp and hand-write the address of each guest.

The baptism had a great DIY feeling since most of the accessories were designed and made by members of the family. To find out more check here

ali's birthday invitation

Mirna was working hard in organizing an extravagant party for Ali's birthday back in 2009 and i offered to design a limited edition party invitation as a present. Based on a photo portrait, i pictured Ali on a "cheese" space ship traveling around the universe. We printed 11 invitations and bind them with green and blue wax ribbons for the guests to wear around their neck.

The party was a great success with a super cool birthday cake and DORA cupcakes for all the children!

Giannis' baptism

Giannis is the first born of my friend Litsa. For his baptism and to honor my friendship with his parents, I offered to design the invitation cards for the ceremony!
The family wanted something playful and vivid in color to highlight Gianni's charm and lighten up the seriousness of the event.

The invitation consisted of three square-shape card - An illustrated portrait of Giannis - A life size pacifier with the announcement - An information card providing the location, time and date.

All cards were flooded with wall paper-ish design of illustrated pacifiers.
The cards were placed in a square box and were sent to the guests.

christmas dinner

For X-mas we invited our friends for dinner! I designed a digital invitation and two human x-mas balls with a tag of each guest's name to be printed on their food napkins.

The dinner was a success and everyone got to take with them their customized napkin. Too bad they had to wash them first before re-using.
